If you wish to return a parcel, you must request the return within 3 Days after receiving the parcel. After 3 Days, the return request may not be accepted.

Once the returned parcel is received, our team will verify and inspect the product. After successful verification, the refund will be processed.

• Send the parcel back to our return address provided by our support team.

• Ensure the product is properly packed in its original packaging.

Deduction Charges

When a refund is issued, PKR 350 will be deducted as delivery charges. The remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account or payment method.

Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for return or refund depending on their condition.
